This phase II trial tests how well Reishi mushroom extract works in treating fatigue and/or joint/muscle pain (arthralgias/myalgias) in patients with breast cancer on aromatase inhibitors. Fatigue and arthralgias/myalgias are common symptoms in breast cancer patients taking aromatase inhibitors (AI). Given the long duration of AI treatment for some women (up to 10 years), these symptoms can significantly impact quality of life and premature discontinuation of AIs, a beneficial medication. A central goal of this data repository is to collect data from a large population of subjects with a variety of renal disease states. The Lupus Foundation of America (LFA) Research Accelerated by You (RAY) Registry is an ongoing, voluntary, longitudinal study gathers data from adults with lupus and legally authorized representatives of children with lupus to better understand diagnosis, treatment, care, and quality of life. Participants provide informed consent and complete electronic surveys every six months.
