Evaluation of Patients With Lupus Nephritis Using Kidney MRI (Magnetic Resonance Imaging)
This study is being done to find out if a non-invasive Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) examination of the kidneys may be helpful for diagnosing lupus nephritis in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE). Participation involves having a kidney MRI that will take between 30 to 60 minutes. Participants may have 1-4 kidney MRIs over a 6-month time period.

Evaluation of the Walk With Ease Program for Fall Prevention
The study will use a randomized controlled trial design to evaluate the potential of incorporating physical therapy exercises (primary prevention strategy) within an evidence-based intervention called Walk with Ease to reduce falls and fall risk in older, community-dwelling older adults. This study is designed to establish a population of patients with Lyme disease for evaluation, treatment and follow-up to learn more about the infection. Patients with active Lyme disease may be eligible for this study.
