To learn whether giving spinal stereotactic radiosurgery (SRSS) that uses a more advanced imaging scan method called Magnetic Resonance imaging with a Linear Accelerator (MR-LINAC) during treatment will lead to improved responses to treatment and better quality of life. SRSS is radiation therapy given to the area around your spine.
The goal of Safety Lead-In is to confirm the safety of tafasitamab when given to patients with SSc, SLE, and LN. The goal of Phase 1 is to find the recommended dose of AD-PluReceptor-NK cells in combination with tafasitamab and lymphodepleting chemotherapy that can be given to patients with the disease. The goal of Phase 2 is to learn if the dose of AD-PluReceptor-NK cells found in Phase 1 in combination with tafasitamab and lymphodepleting chemotherapy can help to control the disease.
Background: - Some people with cancer have solid tumors. Others have refractory leukemia. This may not go away after treatment. Researchers want to see if a drug called TURALIO(R) can shrink tumors or stop them from growing. Objectives: - To find the highest safe dose and side effects of TURALIO(R). To see if it helps treat certain types of cancer. Eligibility: - People ages 3-35 with a solid tumor or leukemia that has returned or not responded to cancer therapies. Design: - Participants will be screened with: - Medical history - Physical exam - Blood and urine tests - Heart tests - Scans or other tests...
Photobiomodulation (PBM), is FDA-approved for temporary relief of muscle and joint pain, but there is no indication for TMD. Our goal in this study is to conduct a clinical trial of multimodal PBM for TMD pain. This study will be a double-blind, sham-controlled, randomized trial testing the efficacy of PBM for pain related to TMD.
The primary objective of this study is to obtain long-term implant survivorship (out to 10 years) and to assess clinical, patient-reported outcome measures, and radiographic data for the commercially available Physica system. For ancillary arm, from baseline to 5-year follow-up.
Low back pain (LBP) is both the single most common cause of disability and the leading cause of visits when military personnel go to their primary care doctors. Military personnel that deal with LBP can often be placed on limited duty profile. Not surprisingly, the direct and indirect costs of low back and neck pain accounts for approximately $88 billion of health care expenditure. In order to reduce the large financial and personal cost, clinical studies must be designed to treat LBP. This study will provide evidence-based medicine on a new regenerative medicine treatment option that may significantly affect military personnel with LBP. PRP (Platelet Rich Plasma) may offer...
Prospective, single-center that may go on to being multicenter, randomized trial comparing platelet rich plasma (PRP) versus corticosteroid injection for the treatment of symptoms of Hip osteoarthritis. The purpose of the study is to determine which therapy provides a greater reduction in patient reported outcome measures of pain and function.
The goal of this clinical trial is to test efficacy of different investigational products (IPs) compared with placebo on the change from baseline to the end of the treatment period at Week 52 in lung capacity in participants with Interstitial Lung Disease Secondary to Systemic Sclerosis.
In accordance with the European Medical Device Regulation MDR 2017/745/EU, the legal manufacturers of medical devices are obliged to evaluate medical devices with regard to their clinical performance and safety. The VERTICALE® Cervical System is intended for immobilization and stabilization of spinal segments of the craniocervical junction (occipital-C2), subaxial cervical spine (C3-C7) and upper thoracic spine (T1-T3). Primary Objective: To assess the functional outcome and clinical benefit of the VERTICALE® Cervical System for the patient using the NDI (Neck Disability Index) questionnaire. Primary endpoint hypothesis: The investigators hypothesize that NDI improves...
The purpose of this retrospective chart review study is to collect the data that will be used to provide clinical evidence to support the post-market surveillance program.
