The main purpose of this study is to assess the effectiveness of adding tirzepatide to ixekizumab therapy in standard clinical practice in participants with moderate-to-severe PsA and obesity or overweight with at least 1 weight-related comorbidity. The study will last up to 12 months.
The purpose of this study is to measure the safety, tolerability, PK, and PD of AZD5492 administered subcutaneously in adult participants with SLE or IIM. Study details include: • The study duration will be a minimum of 180 days in addition to the screening period. This study's purpose is to measure the treatment response from efgartigimod PH20 SC compared with placebo in participants with Idiopathic Inflammatory Myopathy (IIM). Participants with the IIM subtypes of dermatomyositis (DM), immune-mediated necrotizing myopathy (IMNM), or certain other subtypes of polymyositis (PM; including antisynthetase syndrome [ASyS]) will be included in the study. In people with LN, antibodies build up in the glomeruli of the kidneys. Antibodies are proteins in the blood used by the immune system to fight infection. Glomeruli are small filters that remove waste and extra fluid from the blood. This buildup leads to inflammation and damage to the kidneys.
