This study will evaluate the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics, and pharmacodynamics of mosunetuzumab in participants with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE).
The study is to evaluate the safety, tolerability, and pharmacokinetic (PK) of multiple orally administered TCK-276 in both males and females with Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA).
This is a phase 3, multicenter, randomized, placebo-controlled, double-blind study of treatment with brepocitinib (TYK2/JAK1 inhibitor) in adults with dermatomyositis (DM). The primary objective of this study is to assess the efficacy of two dose levels of brepocitinib in comparison to placebo, as measured by differences in the Total Improvement Score (TIS). After 52 weeks of double-blind treatment, participants have the option to continue therapy in a 52 week open-label extension phase where all participants will receive brepocitinib.
This study's purpose is to measure the treatment response from efgartigimod PH20 SC compared with placebo in participants with Idiopathic Inflammatory Myopathy (IIM). Participants with the IIM subtypes of dermatomyositis (DM), immune-mediated necrotizing myopathy (IMNM), or certain other subtypes of polymyositis (PM; including antisynthetase syndrome [ASyS]) will be included in the study. Treatment response will be measured by Total improvement score (TIS).
The purpose of this study is to learn about the safety and effects of the study medicine for the potential treatment of Psoriatic Arthritis (PsA). Psoriatic Arthritis is a joint swelling disease that can also affect the skin, nails and eyes. The study medicine is called Tofacitinib. This study is seeking participants who: - Started taking tofacitinib alone or with other approved medicines (eg. methotrexate, leflunomide, sulfasalazine, apremilast) for PsA disease. We will only look at participants' who started tofacitinib after December 14, 2017. - Have a 6-month follow-up visit (with a 3-month window) This is an...
This phase 3 study is a multicenter, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled study of lorecivivint injected intra-articularly (IA) into the target (most painful) knee joint of moderately to severely symptomatic osteoarthritis (OA) subjects at a single dose of 0.07 mg lorecivivint per 2 mL injection. This study will utilize standard outcomes to evaluate the safety and efficacy of lorecivivint.
The objective of the study is to evaluate the effect of atacicept compared to placebo on changes to renal response in adult subjects with LN.
Hypothesis: SLE and RA increase risk of myocardial infarction (MI, heart attack). Immune reactants in the circulation of SLE patients downregulate cholesterol efflux proteins 27-hydroxylase and ABCA1 and upregulate scavenger receptor CD36, thus encouraging cholesterol accumulation. Adenosine A2A receptor agonist or statin treatment of cells exposed to SLE plasma (or immune complexes or cytokine-enriched plasma fractions from SLE patients) may ameliorate inflammatory properties of their plasma, lessening its atherogenic potency. Rationale: SLE and RA plasma contain components not present in significant levels in normal plasma that...
We are the missing link in clinical trials, connecting patients and researchers seamlessly and conveniently using a mobile health platform to advance medical research. We make it easy for patients to contribute to research for medical conditions that matter most to them, regardless of their location or ability to travel.
ATI-450 Plus Methotrexate (MTX) Versus Placebo Plus MTX in Patients with Moderate to Severe Active Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA) who have had an Inadequate Response to MTX Alone
