Prospective, observational registry for subjects with SLE under the care of a rheumatology provider. Longitudinal data are collected from both subjects and their treating rheumatology provider during routine clinical encounters using a structured and standardized data collection method.

Corticosteroid Meniscectomy Randomized Trial
Synovitis has an important role in the symptoms and progression of Osteoarthritis (OA). Inflamed synovium has been associated with both increased symptoms and increased progression in OA patients. Furthermore, synovitis observed during knee arthroscopy in our patients undergoing arthroscopic partial meniscectomy (APM) was associated with worse symptoms while adjusting for confounding factors.Therefore, a better understanding of synovitis as a predictor of outcome after APM and as a target for treatment is needed to improve outcomes in this patient population. Dose Responsiveness as a Measure of Clinical Effectiveness During Neuromonitored Spine Surgery
Intraoperative Neuromonitoring (IONM) is a tool used by neurophysiologists during spine surgery to prevent irreversible damage to the spinal cord during procedures through a system of alerts. This study investigates the effectiveness of IONM in 300 participants receiving spine surgery. The goal of this study is to refine the alert criteria for procedures in which IONM is used.

Early Check: Expanded Screening in Newborns
Early Check provides voluntary screening of newborns for a selected panel of conditions. The study has three main objectives: 1) develop and implement an approach to identify affected infants, 2) address the impact on infants and families who screen positive, and 3) evaluate the Early Check program. The Early Check screening will lead to earlier identification of newborns with rare health conditions in addition to providing important data on the implementation of this model program. Early diagnosis may result in health and development benefits for the newborns. Engagement in CHildhood-Onset Systemic Lupus
The goal of this observational (Aim 1) and pilot study (Aim 2) is to better understand how depression symptoms may contribute to how well adolescent and young adults with lupus follow-up with their lupus clinical care. Evaluating Intercostobrachial Nerve Block's Effect on Pain Control After Shoulder Replacement
Interscalene blocks are frequently performed to decrease postoperative pain after shoulder surgeries and are considered the gold standard for pain control after this type of surgery. Some patients report pain in the axilla (armpit) following shoulder replacement surgeries. Sensation in the axilla is supplied by nerves not covered by the interscalene block. Sensation in the axilla can be decreased by performing an intercostobrachial nerve block. This study aims to study whether adding an intercostobrachial nerve block to the interscalene block decreases recovery room stay time, opioid pain medication requirement, and postoperative pain scores.

EXPAREL IPSA Block in Knee Arthroplasty
This is a case series to assess the clinical utility of an Intra-articular Posteromedial Surgeon Administered (IPSA) Block in patients undergoing primary unilateral total knee arthroplasty.
